Challenge: Effective communication of comprehensive housing solutions and converting tenants to property owners

Eswatini Housing Board (EHB) is a public enterprise dedicated to providing affordable housing for Emaswati. Whether customers want to rent, buy a house, or purchase a plot, EHB meets these needs. In a competitive market, EHB aimed to retain tenants, convert them into property owners, and become the first choice for property seekers.

Solution: Develop an exciting campaign to reposition EHB as a first choice for property seekers and buyers

We devised the “Home is Here/Naku Ekhaya” campaign to highlight EHB’s comprehensive housing offerings and promote incentives like zero transfer fees, no deposit with Eswatini Bank home loans, and low insurance premiums. Using a 360-degree approach, we leveraged digital and print media platforms to drive awareness and interest.
