In a competitive market, EHB aimed to retain tenants, convert them into property owners, and become the first choice for property seekers.
Solution: Develop an exciting campaign to reposition EHB as a first choice for property seekers and buyers
We devised the “Home is Here/Naku Ekhaya” campaign to highlight EHB’s comprehensive housing offerings and promote incentives like zero transfer fees, no deposit with Eswatini Bank home loans, and low insurance premiums. Using a 360-degree approach, we leveraged digital and print media platforms to drive awareness and interest.

Video Series: A series depicting a couple's journey from renting to owning an EHB home brought the 'Home is Here' campaign to life, launching EHB's YouTube channel. Results: Enhanced social media presence and market impact We effectively communicated the benefits of buying property with EHB, evidenced by the growth of over 15k followers on Facebook and 1k on LinkedIn. The brand garners over 4 million impressions and reaches more than 450k people monthly, demonstrating EHB's strong presence in the local market.
