Bringing a blend of creativity and strategic expertise to the table, you’ll define brand identities, execute marketing campaigns, and monitor performance to ensure brands achieve their full potential. What You Bring to the Table:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and audience insights.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Define brand elements, including messaging, voice, and tone, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate strategies seamlessly into business initiatives.
- Craft brand guidelines to uphold integrity and coherence in all communications.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to optimise awareness and perception.
- Plan and execute innovative brand activation campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Lead SWOT analyses, brand audits, and the development of compelling value propositions.
It’s Great If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or similar role.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- A strong understanding of consumer psychology, market segmentation, and brand positioning.
- Analytical prowess to interpret data and insights into impactful strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with branding tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A creative yet strategic mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
